EFT Tapping Meditation Script: Communicating Safety to Your Body

This version flows through a consistent tapping rhythm for each system or organ. Use the standard EFT tapping points as you repeat each line: Eyebrow, Side of Eye, Under Eye, Under Nose, Chin, Collarbone, Under Arm, Top of Head.

Setup – Karate Chop Point

Even though parts of me have carried weight, emotion, and tension to keep me safe, I deeply love and accept myself. 
Even though I learned to hold on, suppress, and protect, I am safe now to release what’s no longer needed. 
Even though my cells have held stories of survival, I am choosing safety, ease, trust, and flow right now.

Intestines

Eyebrow: Dear intestines, you’ve held onto what felt dangerous to release.

Side of Eye: Old pain, old stories, old grief.

Under Eye: It’s safe to digest life gently.

Under Nose: It’s safe to release what you no longer need.

Chin: You are supported in metabolizing emotion and experience.

Collarbone: You can soften and relax.

Under Arm: It’s safe to let go of the gripping.

Top of Head: It’s safe to trust the process of release and renewal.

Lymphatic System

Eyebrow: Lymphatic system, flowing intelligence—you’ve carried stagnation and old emotional residue.

Side of Eye: It’s safe to be in flow.

Under Eye: It’s safe to move what’s been stuck.

Under Nose: It’s safe to feel without freezing.

Chin: It’s safe to shift without fear.

Collarbone: You are supported in fluidity.

Under Arm: You are safe to move with life.

Top of Head: You are safe in motion and in stillness.

Liver

Eyebrow: Liver, you’ve held anger, frustration, and control to protect me.

Side of Eye: You’ve stored resentment, impatience, and bitterness.

Under Eye: It’s safe to release what no longer serves.

Under Nose: It’s safe to let go of the pressure to control.

Chin: You are safe to detox emotionally and physically.

Collarbone: I honor what you've carried.

Under Arm: I invite peace into your process.

Top of Head: You are free to return to balance.

Fascia

Eyebrow: Fascia, you’ve held tension, trauma, and the memory of pain.

Side of Eye: You’ve protected through contraction and rigidity.

Under Eye: It’s safe to unwind now.

Under Nose: It’s safe to expand.

Chin: I send love into the web that connects me.

Collarbone: You are allowed to soften.

Under Arm: You are safe to release old imprints.

Top of Head: You are supported in flexibility and ease.

Heart

Eyebrow: Heart, you’ve held grief, abandonment, and rejection.

Side of Eye: You’ve known shame, unworthiness, resentment, and betrayal.

Under Eye: It’s safe to let this grief move.

Under Nose: It’s safe to trust again.

Chin: You can release heartache and receive healing.

Collarbone: You are allowed to open.

Under Arm: You are safe in love and connection.

Top of Head: You are free to rest in compassion.

Thyroid

Eyebrow: Thyroid, you've carried unspoken truths.

Side of Eye: You've swallowed fear, rage, and self-suppression.

Under Eye: It’s safe now to express.

Under Nose: It’s safe to speak with clarity and courage.

Chin: Your voice is needed and welcome.

Collarbone: You are allowed to vibrate freely.

Under Arm: You no longer have to hold silence as safety.

Top of Head: You are heard, honored, and free.

Lungs

Eyebrow: Lungs, you’ve held grief, sadness, and uncried tears.

Side of Eye: You’ve contracted in fear of letting go.

Under Eye: You are safe to release what’s heavy.

Under Nose: You are safe to breathe deeply into life.

Chin: Each exhale can carry away what no longer serves.

Collarbone: Each inhale can invite in peace and presence.

Under Arm: You are safe to feel the fullness of breath.

Top of Head: You are safe to rest in your rhythm.

Kidneys

Eyebrow: Kidneys, you’ve carried fear, shock, and survival stress.

Side of Eye: You’ve held the weight of over-giving and not enough support.

Under Eye: It’s safe to release this pressure.

Under Nose: You are safe to receive support.

Chin: You no longer need to do it all alone.

Collarbone: You are allowed to feel nourished.

Under Arm: You are supported and resilient.

Top of Head: You can return to strength without depletion.

Spleen

Eyebrow: Spleen, you’ve held worry, overthinking, and responsibility.

Side of Eye: You’ve carried guilt and emotional exhaustion.

Under Eye: It’s safe to release the pressure to care for everything.

Under Nose: It’s safe to trust that I am enough as I am.

Chin: You are allowed to receive rest.

Collarbone: You are supported in replenishing.

Under Arm: You are safe to trust life again.

Top of Head: You are free to find joy in simplicity.

Nervous System

Eyebrow: Nervous system, wise protector, always ready for danger.

Side of Eye: You’ve been hypervigilant to keep me alive.

Under Eye: You are safe now to rest.

Under Nose: You are allowed to regulate gently and naturally.

Chin: It’s safe to move out of fight, flight, and freeze.

Collarbone: You are supported in balance and calm.

Under Arm: You are no longer alone in your watchfulness.

Top of Head: You are safe. You are safe. You are safe.

Whole Body – Top of Head

To every cell, organ, and system: 
You are safe. 
You are held. 
You are worthy of ease, trust, and release. 
You don’t have to hold pain to keep me safe anymore. 
I invite softness, flow, and wholeness in.

Closing Affirmation

Place your hands over your heart or wherever feels anchoring. Breathe in deeply. 
Say or think: 
“I am safe. I am supported. I release what I no longer need. My body is wise, and together we move forward with ease, trust, and love.” 
Take three more slow breaths, visualizing each cell bathing in a warm, calm light of safety.
